FastLane Tek, Inc. was founded in January, 2003 by two IT professionals who
share a passion for technology. We help provide solutions to the technical
challenges that many businesses face today. We are the perfect answer for the small or emerging
business without the luxury of an IT department. However, we also compliment or
supplement the overburdened IT departments of larger companies.

| Franz brings years of technical experience to FastLane Tek. He began his IT career in software duplication in 1987. Several years as a
production manager for Danex Corporation led to a one year assignment in Denmark
working for Scandinavia's largest CD manufacturer, DanDisc A/S. Here he
successfully led the requirements analysis, testing, and implementation of a
customer ordering and inventory control system.
In 1996, Franz was responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the Results
System at the Olympic Games in Atlanta in swimming, diving and synchronized
swimming. This accomplishment resulted in a continuing contract with the
International Olympic Committee to coordinate and document the efforts of
developers at the Sydney and upcoming Athens Olympic Games.
Starting in 1999, Franz leveraged his experiences and international contacts to
launch himself into several years of independent consulting, which now has been
rolled into FastLane Tek, Inc.
Franz has a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles and received an
MSBA in Computer Information Systems from San Francisco State University.

Sergey is an expert in network and systems administration, database
administration, website development and security.
He acquired his database expertise working with Computek Software Corporation,
where he designed, developed and maintained cutting edge financial applications
for a number of large government organizations. With databases firmly part of
his arsenal, Sergey began concentrating on networks. A multi-year contract with
Precision Digital Network, afforded him the opportunity to develop and implement
some of the most advanced client/server solutions available.
In 1999, Sergey became IT Director at ReadyGo, Inc., a leader in e-learning
authoring tools. Here he programmed many of the features that makes ReadyGo
software so successful. Sergey was also instrumental in implementing a customer
support process that resulted in the company winning the prestigious Excellence
in eLearning Gold Award.
Prior to co-founding FastLane Tek, Sergey ran his own IT consulting business. As
an independent, Sergey successfully guided countless businesses to IT
modernization and network upgrades.
Sergey received a BA in Physical Education from the State Pedagogic Institute of
the Republic of Moldova. |
